Faith-inspired and respectful care begins with preparation, professionalism, compassion, and a commitment to excellence.

Outside Training means the course, certificate, or CE activity is hosted by a third-party provider. Olivia Jones LLC may require completion of selected outside training based on role, client type, and assignment.

Staff should save proof of completion for any assigned outside training.

Olivia Jones LLC provides faith-inspired and respectful care that honors each client's individual beliefs, traditions, and personal preferences. Caregivers are not expected to provide religious instruction but should demonstrate professionalism, cultural awareness, and sensitivity when supporting clients of diverse backgrounds.

Spiritual, cultural, and personal beliefs may influence routines, diet, modesty preferences, prayer practices, holidays, family involvement, and end-of-life wishes.

  • May observe Sabbath (Friday sunset through Saturday sunset)

Caregiver Guidance
